Smith and Wesson M41 rear sight dovetail

I would like to build an optic adapter plate for an older S&W M41, similar to the mount made by BME (for a Burris Fastfire III). I know there were several different rear sights used on M41s over the years, my gun is serial number A597###. Attached are a couple of pics of my rear sight.

I'm hoping someone can confirm the angle of the dovetail. It is not the standard 60 degrees . . . by my measuring it looks like 74 degrees, but it's hard to be exact when measuring such a short angle.

Would anyone know what the angle of this dovetail is?

Thanks, I posted the same question on Rimfire Central and got confirmation . . . 74 degrees is the proper angle.
