Any confirmation on it's ability to handle REAL, NATO 9mm ammo as well as +P loads. Also what about flat nose/hollow point ammo?

Talking about the gen 2, SWISS MADE model...then the US one.

confirmed with B&T themselves. APC223 PRO version is going on to production line in Mid 2021

Shouldn't no.

The Pro's should be easy to approve entries but I bet they're going to make them go through the whole assessment process.

Good news is that the B&T upper receiver is legally the firearm. The pro models just make small changes to the lower (pistol grip cutout) and the charging handle. The upper receiver itself isn’t touched. Hopefully this means they won’t need another FRN but I guess we will have to wait and see

Maybe military contract production will be but all the ones you can buy in the USA right now are Swiss made.

Their Instagram page showed a Pro model that was made in the USA a few days ago. Though I think it was a .40 cal
