tupper'ware is not for you, striker avenue is a rabbit hole...buy another full steel pistol, "clocks" are light plastic made for carry not for real target shooting...hahaha...!

now being serious, glock is a good proven handgun and as far as I remember striker system start with Luger P08 also well proven over so many years, on the final note if you like it go for it!
personally I've tried once a G17 and sold next week, still with my old 25+ years experienced steel guns/hammer strike.

IMO, every serious handgunner needs a good revolver, a steel hammer-fired semi and a polymer striker pistol.

To start, I chose the Smith Wesson 686-3, a Colt Mark IV Series 80 Gold Cup and a Glock 17 RTF2.
The Gold Cup is gone now, a Springfield Armory Loaded has taken its place as my premier 1911. The other 2 are still around.

I just picked up a G17 Gen 4 in the EE. Mostly for nostalgia reasons as that was my first handgun many years ago. That and my son is getting into guns a bit, he will have fun shooting it. Glocks are a solid gun, I find them hard to shoot as they are so light and I am not a great handgun shot. If I had to protect my life with a handgun, I would pick a Glock for sure, very reliable.

Nibe: Good selection, so far. Another pistol to consider is the Smith & Wesson M & P. Reliable and good ergonomics. Simple to service and maintain. Replaceable backstraps make this an easy pistol to accommodate various hand sizes. I own one, chambered in .40 cal. and like it. May be worth a look. Looks like you're well down the rabbit hole. No turning back, now!

Looking at:

Glock 17 or 19
Sig P320 M17
Walther PPQ M2

This won’t end well...
A polymer gun in my opinion is a must for everyone's collection. Having owned a glock 19, 17 and a walther PPQ M2 I have to say the Walther is my favorite. The downside is accessories are not as abundant. You can't go wrong with anyone of the guns on your list.

Al, I was counting on you to save me dude.

Bought my first Glock this summer too . Never had one before but that wee 48 just fit my hand sooooo well .
Shot it for a day , liked it a lot . It’s a good basic pistol but ugly as F&#% and the grips are unforgivable....cheapest feeling grips ever ( close second was my stock 1911-380 Browning ) .
Took it to BlackBox Customs so I can like it even more . Looking forward to experiencing the results very soon .

Nibe: Sorry, my friend. I am long past saving, myself. At best, all you can hope for is that the addiction doesn't totally take over. Twin Glocks in matching speed holsters....one on each hip, perhaps?
