Red_Mist, I would of taken the 6mm, but I had recently swapped some scopes around on a few rifles and I hadn't gotten it sighted in properly yet

Awesome deal. I like that black one. Interested to know what area of Canada you were hunting? In the interior of BC we get some big ones in the 100lb range. I hear stories of 150lbs wolves but I don’t know if they are true or not.

Not to discredit your accomplishment, but I've weighed quite a few wolves, and while they're generally way lighter than people assume, a 3 yr old male wolf should run around 100+ lbs or so, females 80ish.
