Help With Tang Sight

Sorry, I've looked over a lot of tang sights at gun shows/auctions and cant remember ever seeing one of that design.
The hole spacing on the base might fit both 94 & 92 actions, also all 86 actions (hole spacing is the same on all the old Winchesters) but the tang angle is different on all of those models (even the 92 carbine has a different angle than the 92 rifle configuration). That sight doesn't appear to have an "angle adjustment" for the vertical upright position. That sight will work perfect on one of the models mentioned (absolutely clear thru-the-hole sight picture) and work so-so on the others, you will have a grey shadow at the top of and bottom of sight picture on sights that don't exactly match your tang angle.

Thank you fingers for the information and comments. The previous owner was a machinist so possibly it its a one off item.

Definitely not a Watson, the elevation adjustments were knurled and there was no spring on top.

Thats a home made jobby but whoever made it put a whole lot of work into it and actually did a nice job and thought it out.

I really like the pin that locks the elevation adjustment and by the looks of it possibly has a windage adjustable base.

When I looked at that, first thought was " someone did a hell of a job on that" I does not look like any I have seen.
But if it was manufactured I would say eastern Europe.
Hole spacing would help , maybe?
