I've got a couple problems with one of my AR 223 FFP 1-4 X 24s. From what I can tell both minor problems come under warranty. When I first bought it I called Bushnell Canada about a missing throw down lever. They told me to ship it to them and the would fit one and ship it back on my dime. I told them it was 5 minutes work for a 12 year old a I could do it easily. No dice! I call Bushnell US and they shipped the long and stubby and had it to me in 10 days! On these limited lifetime plans , I think you're responsible for shipping one way, but sometimes you get a substitute scope. Please let me know your thoughts.

I've had stand-up service from Bushnell Canada. Even with the shipping expenses, I feel I was treated more than fairly. In my case, my scope was replaced with a new one of comparable, if not better, quality.

All my dealings with Bushnell Canada have been top notch and never cost me a dime of shipping (they sent me their shipping account info for Fed Ex, I think it was).

Bushnell Canada was some of the best CS Iv had. Send in a 10+ year old pair of broken elite binos, they replaced them with new forge’s no questions asked. Makes me contemplate swapping more of my optics over to bushnell, I was quite amazed looking through the forge’s.

Well I must say I'm so pleased with Bushnell Canada. Of the three possible scope replacements, the gave me my first choice, which was a bigger price tag than the one it replaced!! So good to see a Canadian branch of a large US firm look after their northern neighbors. OORAH!

This is what I like to see.
I will buy more Bushnell Products.
I still have a functional 2.5x-8x that I retired. I has been quite a gun whore.
Was on five rifles, the last one was a BBR .338 WIN MAG.
It is now at Trace scope repair for a check up and some TLC.

.................Laugh2.....................fark'in'ell.......................:onCrack:

Not a resemblance of continuititty with thar warrinty effects.

I got gewsed with Bushnill Cannerder and called Bushnell USA.
I told them the story and was told to tell Cannerder Bushynill to make it right.
So I did.
They corrected the issue.
Funny thing is a close buddy of mine sent in the same optics with the same problem.
He got a replacement that was better than my first, but lesser than the second set.
Convinced me they izz awll ............. f:P:2:

A company shouldn't pick'n choose their policy.
That is some serious fruck'uppy'nizz.

Go Leupold or go home.

What's any worse than buying a new rifle and having to send it to gravel agency due to being defective on your own dime? Had to do it with a new Remington 597 and my buddy had to do it with a h&r and a Marlin. These were all within months of each other" They all should have come with a shipping label lol.
