These are interesting pictures.

My imagination can't conceive of a scenario where a person would fire a 38 special in a 45acp barrel, other than to intentionally to see what happens in the interest of science.

To me, it looked like a 7.62 round was fired in a 9mm version of a Tok. So I tried it. Two on left. (One steel case, one brass case.)

Found these at the Range a while back pretty sure somebody shot some 7 MM Remington in a 300 WinMag. The first three are head stamped 7 Rem Mag last one is 300win mag.

At least those ones all headspace on the rim so less chance of catastrophe...

I found like 20 or so funny ballooned out 223 brass, looked like it went through a 300 blackout barrel.

Can you elaborate?

I believe he was making a reference to the "infamous" Glock Bulge. Due to the "unsupported" chamber in the early Glocks (and they may still be .. I'm not sure ..), the brass could bulge at the bottom when fired. Only an issue when re-loading, you had to make sure your resizing die went as low as it could. I don't recall any real cartridge "failures" due to the unsupported chamber. A lot of to do about about nothing if I recall ... it's been a while lol.
