Well I do not think they should be hunted ... particularly in Oklahoma , been there , have relatives there, dangerous on a good day , polite though.
Now if there are "confirmed, recurring, sightings" a better approach might be running him/her in the next county election or at least employment as a Walmart Greeter .
Let's not judge them ( or hunt them ) until we're sure they are not suitable for public service .
