Durham Outdoors

For those saying "once and never again" or having bad experiences, what makes you say that? what occurred that you wouldn't be a customer there again? A bit of context might help.

Positive experience dealing with them also a nice guy to have a conversation with.

Wonder if all those "never again" have entered the free draws ?

I dealt with them back in February i believe it was my first time dealing with them. I did a trade with them and got an extremely good deal. The only thing I wish was that they had a proper store front with their inventory. But besides that all was good.

Bought a restricted from them in March had it in my hand a week later here in Alberta and at a better price then I could find anywhere for that specific gun. Will definitely shop there again.

Does Durham Outdoors have any deals on shipping like free shipping on orders over a certain amount. They appear to have a gun in stock that I want and I would like to give them the business but a couple of other dealers have the same gun with free shipping. Nothing on their website about this and no reply to my email inquiry.

I ordred a shotgun recently and it got lost by Canada Post. Will see how Durham Outdoors will refund me and hopefully locate the shotgun

I have dealt with DO at least 5-6 times and was always served well, quick shipping etc. Mike and a few other retailers I go to based on: 1. Service 2. Inventory 3. Price
Depending on what’s available, I would even pay a little more if I know the retailer will give better warranty and service.

Mike has always gone the second mile.
They treat me how I like to be treated, and treat others. I have steered away from certain businesses due to bad experiences or attitudes regardless of price.
As far as shipping I choose Canpar before Canada Post for reliability.
