They did. They are exclusive importers but I've had a couple emails from other distributors saying they will have their stock in by Feb 13th. So yea they did but its not like that's cheating. They sold all they brought in and thats the important part the faster they sell their stock the better the chances of acquiring new and exciting firearms for us.

I just got an email from Tenda, they are selling them now too, I guess they got their shipment from TI and real soon too....good thing I ordered mine already from TI. Can't wait, order was 98XX, literally caught the train before it left.
 
It's reasonable to sell some to local dealers. This helps local retailers in Canada, some people prefer handling an item in person before purchasing it, and some people prefer to pay in cold, hard cash :)

they are not but full disclosure could help those who thought they missed the boat and not jumped on one off EE, lol.

Mine showed up today. Canada Post took 2+ weeks to go one province over.

I'm super happy with it, my expectations were tempered a bit by some of the negative experiences posted here, but my Phosphate is in excellent condition, no rust, the finish is awesome. I'd almost be happy with it as just na display piece, but she's going out this weekend!

thats bcos we know better this time. we learnt from what they did with the rifles over a year ago. we know SOLD OUT doesnt mean gone till the next shipment.

back then prices moved up right away.
