which mag? I get this quite frequently with some mags and never with others.

C products 10 round mag. Same ones that I’ve used for 6000 rounds without issue.

Still looks like a lot. My one with a fortis brake shouldn’t reduce flash much.

BC tactical was selling the rails years ago. I’d guess at this point you will need to find a used one.

No it will not fit an old AR rail.

Yes, but comfortable to use. Put your chin in the crease of the dust cover and it's very consistent.
