Grouse hunting (and all other types of hunting and fly-fishing as well ) are always best done mid-week .... when all the "week-end warriors" can't go.

Our schedules are such that we do what we do when we can!
Yup, all was fun and a great day to be outside ( unless you are a golfer!)
I'm going to work on Silverado, he just has to quit shooting that red label like a rifle!!

... and yah, a Red Label will slow you down

Silverado: Best Shooting Coach in the World: 'bout 10 flats of target loads !
Use 'em up at a rate of a flat or two a week. You'll get to know just where it's pointing and why you miss ! Keep you mind on the game and eyes sharply focussed on the fron edge of the target. And oh yah, ignore Cat!

Cat : If he persists in "aiming" take him aside and make him practice
throwing snowballs at moving targets. Eventually it'll sink in !!!
