Anyone ordered from Tandemkross USA

I received all my items for my Smith and Wesson Victory today from Tandemkross. It took a total of 9 days once it was shipped from the states. Canada Post actually delivered it on Family day. I installed the new captured spring guide rod, extractor spring and plunger, firing pin and spring, charging ring halo and the eagle talon extractor along with the tandemkross trigger that I installed last week. Everything seems to work fine at home. I am heading to the range tomorrow to try it out.

Just an update on all the Tandemkross parts that I installed on my wife's Smith and Wesson Victory. I will go through each item individually. In the past 2 days we have fired over 500 rounds with no malfuctions or any issues at all. I hope it continues.

1-The trigger. Super smooth and definitely notice an improvement. The pre and post travel screws take a little bit of time to adjust. Don't rush this step. I had to make several adjustments at the range. If the screws are set to far in the trigger will not reset and the gun will not go bang.

2- The stainless steel captured guide rod spring. The gun cycles a lot better. It almost feels like the spring is a few pounds heavier. The action is nice and smooth and after 500 rounds I have had zero issues.

3- The extractor, extractor spring and plunger. This is probably the most noticeable improvement of all the parts I installed. My wife had a lot of failure to eject issue from day one, more than I care to admit. I would say that 80 percent of the time the gun would not ejected the last round. In the last 2 days we have fired over 500 rounds of various weights and manufacturers with ZERO failures.

4- The Halo charging ring. My wife has arthritis in her hand and this ring makes charging the gun a breeze. If you have arthritis or a younger child is just getting into shooting I would recommend this option. .

5-The firing pin and spring. I had some light strikes with the factory one but again I have had zero issues with this item.

The majority of these items can be purchased from Canadian retailors but unfortunately when I was looking the products were sold out so I went directly to Tandemkross USA. Even with the exchange and shipping I actually saved a few dollars. My next purchase will be the Tandemkross grips.
 
I recently purchased a Ruger Mark 4- Competition and wanted to upgrade the internals with Tandemkross and Volquartesen parts. I went to the Canadian Gun stores that handle Tandemkross and unfortunately they were out of stock. I always like to keep my business local or within Canada. I went onto the Tandemkross US site and they happen to carry and sell both brands. I ordered a red Tandemkross trigger and the Volquartesen accurizing kit and a red Halo charging handle. When I went to the place order screen the shipping price was almost 39.00 US. I removed an item and the shipping price remained the same. Last month I placed an order from them and the shipping was 20.75 US. I decided to send a quick email to ask about the shipping charge and within 5 min I received a reply from "Kevin". He asked for my complete address and shopping list. Within 5 min I received a call from him indicating that they appreciated the email as there should be choices when selecting shipping and that the IT dept was working to correct the problem. He them offered me a 10 percent discount and gave me the correct shipping price of 13.85 US.
Not only are Tandemkross parts amazing but so is their customer service. They definitely went above and beyond. Tandemkross has made it way to easy to spend money. He further indicated that they get a lot of business from Canada and that they want to ensure the shipping charges are accurately reflected in their pricing. With the discount and shipping and US dollar exchange I was still able to save about 62.00. Now I just have to wait 3 weeks to a month.
 
I can attest that their customer service is top notch as they made a mistake on my last order and quickly made it right. My most recent order shipped 3 days after placing the order.
 
Expect to pay customs and duties

A halo charging ring, flat trigger, and gearbox for the buckmark end up costing me $222.7 CAD when all said and done.

I received my order from Tandemkross in 6 days including clearing customs with no added taxes or duty last Thursday. I installed everything this weekend and it was straight forward with no issues. I actually found it easier than the Smith and Wesson Victory install. Unfortunately Ontario is in a 4 week lock down and my range is closed. So I will have to wait to give you a range report. With the exchange and shipping I still saved just over 50.00 Canadian. So I bought 500 rounds of Blazer 40 grain ammo.
