This was posted by an airgun business, which was brought up by another business.
this upsets 5000 airsofters in Canada which the liberals dont give a flying #### about. The political benefit of banning gateway guns outweighs upsetting 5000 people by far
remember that the liberals have no issue curb stomping 2.2 millions people and a 10 billion dollar industry. The whole airsoft thing is merely like a bug under their jack boots
I have no idea how many people have airsoft guns, replica guns and other fakes but 5000 individuals sounds like a very low number to me. If C21 turns more people away from the liberals that is the backlash the liberals are creating. Collectively the number of people the liberals are p!ssing off seems to be growing by the day.
Well... after Lieberal voting mom and dad spent $500 (hard to come by 'pandemic dollars') on airsoft kits at Christmas time, to put a smile on little Johnny's face Christmas morning 2 months ago, maybe this will piss them off enough to move their voting needle a tick towards CPC.

Unfortunately these firearm related bans are going to keep increasing for as long as Trudeau is in power as Trudeau loves to swing the ban hammer , and he has the power to do it . The Liberal party believes that only the military and police should have guns in Canada , and Trudeau is implementing that agenda .

I'm directing people here, from the Airgun Forum. Since seems like the Airgun Forum mods, want to bury their head in the sand and do nothing.

totally agreed, we had the most signatures of any petition and it went straight in the trash.
the Airsoft community can start and sign as many petitions as they want, they might as well p1$$ in the wind.
Calling/writing your MP and letting them know how you will vote is the only thing that will get their attention.
Then they need to follow through with it.
This can work for us if it gets on the news! Remember Billy Blair said they weren't going after target shooters and hunters, how can he explain banning airsoft.
You don't seem to give other people much credit. Not everyone that owns something on the firearm/airsoft/non-firearm/replica ban list are conservatives. I personally know several liberal and NDP supporters that own restricted and non-restricted firearms. One faithful federal and provincial NDP supporter I know shoots handguns competitively and is very good at it. Guess who is switching their vote to CPC this time around? You don't win a popularity contest by being a rich spoiled brat waving around a monetary carrot then hitting people up the side of the head with a bat, figuratively speaking. Governments live & die by the vote and if you make enough enemies, well you can guess what. Trudeau has made a lot of new enemies.
