For Warranty, you can contact directly Riton, but it would be dealt with via Canadian distributor, so no need to do border hopping!
Of course we are always here to assist our customers in rare occasions that there are scope issues.
We have not dealt with Riton before, but we chose the brand to carry based on reputation and good positive feedback that we have been seeing as well.

X7 and X5 are made in Japan, checking up on the other lines.

So I called Riton Support, just to test out how good it is and I got to talk to someone withing seconds, which is always a good sign.
They confirmed that all the X7s are completely made in Japan.
The rest are all using Japanese components, but are assembled in China, which is expected looking at the price point.
