Yes, the double is a Belgian hardware store gun, one of the untold thousands imported in the late 19th, early 20th centuries. Value will be nominal. If the action is tight, and the bores are clean, it could be a shooter with appropriate loads.
The muzzleloading single looks to be a common grade English shotgun, again representative of the type produced in large numbers in Birmingham in the mid-19th century. The old stock repair does nothing for the value. Maybe $150.
The powder flasks are probably worth $30 - $50 each.
