Hi all,
New reloader. Started sizing my tumbled/cleaned .223 deprimed cases yesterday. I used a lube pad to roll the cases across and a brush to lube inside the neck. Saw some brass “dust” on a lot of the shells after removing from the press, most evident right on the mouth of the case. It’s not shavings and it’s very very light but I don’t think it should be there should it? I’m using a Lee single stage breech lock press, Lee dies, RCBS lube and lube pad.
I’m following instructions and haven’t lubed the outside of the neck or the shoulder. Should I?
Dismantle the die and clean it? Anything I can do if I find rough edges?
