Which 410 pimpaction?

Very happy with my Mossberg 500. Full choke, 28" barrel with a full sized stock. I am not much of a hunter so I'll be selling it soon. It was very nice to pack and had surprising range.

I run a Remington 870 in .410, fantastic shotgun but the Mossberg 500 is a better value.

i am looking at a rem later, mossbergs seem plentiful as well. looked at a bps browning today, 950$ ouch too much.

Just go to advanced edit if you want to change the title...

Mossberg is the cheapest and pretty good value, the 870 is better... the 42 is the nicest but over priced due to collectors...

Remington 870 Wingmaster or an express if your wallet isnt that deep.

Personal preference. Of the remington firearms i have owned, i havent really enjoyed them nor was i impressed with them. That being said i like the mossbergs. Nothing to do with price all personal preference. I have a 500 in .410 and its a whicked little gun, top tang safety is an added bonus. Also like maverick 88 and 590 pump and my stoeger. Top of all would be my cherished maxus.

I picked up an older lakefield/mossberg 500 with a 28 inch barrel off here in the fall. Beautiful gun, shoots well and have had zero issues with it.

"The American Sweetheart" - - The Model 42 - - Nice and light and easy to carry. They are spendy but you only have to buy it once and the enjoyment of ownership will stay with you longer than the worry of what you had to pay.
