Case options for shorties

In the market for a case for my short 14” barrel Canuck pump. What are people using to haul their shorties to/from the range? Hard cases, soft cases, thinking outside the box cases...
 
I had an old soft sided case for my AR that fits my 14" scatterguns perfectly. I think it's uncle mikes or something from years ago.

Also the case my Tavor came in fits a 14" gun nicely.

I just picked up a NcStar double carbine soft case from Marstar ($69) - perfect size for my 870 with 14” barrel. Lots of storage for ammo, eye/hearing protection, etc. Stitching, fasteners, zippers, etc all of good quality. Great value for the price point.
 
I have a voodoo tactical bag that takes both my 870 and shorty ar (when I still could). Don’t know if they still exist though
 
When i have the birds head grip on mine it rides in an uncle mikes takedown shotgun case.
Amazon has lots of airsoft cases that will work. Although not legal for transport purposes i have a violin case to
 
I’ve got a AR style carbine length bag, black tactical style if I had to describe it. Has two sections/flaps, one side will hold two guns the other has some pockets for mags and cleaning kits etc. It will fit a 14” full stocked 870 in length, has carry handles as well as a shoulder strap and backpack straps. Is padded so you could use it as a shooting mat if you wanted to I guess, have a larger Uncle Mike’s version for full length rifles that I can fit 4 rifles into. The Uncle Mike’s is really well built, the smaller one is not as roubust but is fine for range or truck gun use.
