So I ordered a Vortex Razor HD 85mm with an extra MOA LER eyepiece. What arrived today was the scope with an extra MRAD LER eyepiece. Sooooo, I didn’t really buy it for the reticle, but for the LER, however I thought some day I may like a reticle, and all my scopes are MOA so that’s what I ordered. I shoot MOA and most people around here shoot MOA but I keep hearing people talking online about Mil this and Mill that. So now that I have an MRAD eyepiece what are your thoughts, keep it or exchange it?

So it sounds like only one eye piece has the reticle, and that reticle is the opposite of what you and your circle use? If you're using it to spot for someone and provide them corrections for their misses in MOA, or have them do that for you then for sure I'd exchange it. I have a mil reticle in mine and if it was removable I'd love a spare eyepiece with MOA reticle to spot for my MOA buddies. Is keeping the Mil eyepiece and buying the MOA as well an option?

That’s fair. I should note I bought both for my Viper. The fact that the Razors eyepieces were a paltry 22x magnification was a massive turnoff and one of the major reasons I didn’t bother with the the Razor. The Viper eye pieces are 1/2 the price and 50% more magnification.
I’d exchange it. Clearly they sent you the wrong one.
