2020 SUCKED Donkey Dyck , thanks covid and Turdeau's OIC!

My Ar15 and Derya mk12 and now paperweights, so spent the winter trying different platforms.
The Wk 180c is a great gun but I hated the squared off receiver above the grip and I could not love it.
Settled on an RDB with mcarbo trigger spring and a revolution armory TK12 that ive modified a bit , that are both on the good to go list......for now!

I am so hyped up to get out there and drop some targets this summer!

BATTLE OF THE BADLANDS in Medicine Hat a go this year? ?????
Milo matches?.

I just want to get out and bang and clang again .
Anyone else feeling it !!!!!!!!

Those Turkish delights seem to be the cats a$$ if u can get them to run right... especially now that u can use 10rnd mags.

Last season i used a Type 81SA just because Milo was allowing the use of steel core. "Been there done that now ", the 5rnd reload sucks hard for 3 gun. This season Ill probably revert to my usual kit consisting of a Valtro PM5, CZ Shadow and my buddies SU 16 tac.

Nice. I want to get some 3gun going, I've got the gear but I don't know anyone who's into it nor which club supports it. I'm in Waterloo Ontario. If you're near me and want a 3gun bud send me a message.

Covid restrictions and the OIC have sidelined a lot of 3 gun matches in the past year. You are however close to several clubs that do have 3 gun programs, but suspect some may be for club members only. Off the top, suggest you research and contact Guelph, Galt and Crumlin. Other clubs like Haliburton also have a 3 gun program, but that’s a bit further drive and think they’re also currently restricted to members only.

Yep. Galt is still running its monthly 3 gun matches but due to covid we are limited to members only and can’t host our usual open matches. That means you have to join to take part but the upside is you get access to a dozen 3gun matches each year (provided Ford doesn’t f&ck with us after this month). Guelph is putting on some matches this year that are definitely worth looking into - the MD has big plans and great ideas so definitely worth reaching out to Guelph as well.

3gun in Canada is facing significant challenges but while some are quick to fold up their tent, the rest of us are doing what we can to enjoy the sport we love with the people we want to be around.

Thank you! I don't understand why everyone is so quick to fold. I'm hopeful the OIC and c21 are blocked/overturned. Meanwhile WK180c and WS-MCR are awesome rifles to use. Worst case, use a PCC like JR carbine.

I will enquire about joining that club. Thanks again.

To those running muzzle breaks on their shotguns, do you find they actually help with recoil and muzzle rise. Thinking about throwing on, maybe a grizzly.

I ran a brake on my Derya...don’t on my Stoeger M3K.

Can’t say the difference is huge but even the extra weight helps control muzzle rise. I put it on mostly because it looks mean and all of the cool kids were doing it.

Back in ‘the day’ ...sigh... i’ve seen you running that Derya with that awesomely mean looking brake. Even without the brake you’re still one of the cool kids to me Innavedaw :)
