Hi there! Just wanted to share the love. Just got a 10" gong from Cabelas for 70$ with free shipping (promo: EXCLUSIVE). Thought it was a good deal.

If others want in...you know what to do.

OK, found it. "Pursuit 10" Steel Gong Target Kit"

Looks like lightweight tubular legs with pins. Might not last too many seasons.

Few dozen copper rounds at 100 and the legs are getting beat up but nothing that can’t be repaired aha the gong itself is holding up, this deal is pretty much buy a gong get the stand free..

Some reviews say it’s only 3/8” but it’s the exact thickness of my 1/2” ar500 targets I already have, and it stood up to .308 easily.. all in all I’m happy.

Far more expensive then the ones I sell.

Can I get a link to your web site, I'd like to check out your products.

I saw the Cabelas unit on sale the other day, decent enough in my books, comes with all the hardware. Tempted. Years ago I bought a spinner gong they had on sale. The pins and clips were casualties in short order, had to weld the nuts to keep them from loosening. It has the same flimsy stand, but it takes a beating, more so if you miss the gong and hit the stand.

Hotlinking to nonsponsors advertisements is bad form. The question was posted and the specific name of the product has been mentioned.

I have a similar gong, and the frame is crap 1 hit with 223 it is done. Had to have a fabricator coworker beef up the cross beam for me and hook me up with new chains. These are great if your rifle is sighted in and you are half decent shot. I was out with a friend one of us hit the cross beam and one into the chain. both destroyed, thankfully it was his brother who was able to fix it for me.

Yup, don't stare at it too long or the frame will bend. But it's going to do at first until someone hits it and then we'll deal with it and construct something else for sure ;-)

Glad to see others took advantage. I sure was glad to get free shipping on a 18lbs package lol
