T-81 LMG manufacturer

I may have missed it but out of curiousity does anyone know for sure who manufactures the T-81 LMG? I thought they were made by Norinco but I seem to recall recently seeing some advertised as manufactured by PolyTech.

norinco and polytech do not manufacture, they are just exporters. type 81 rifles and lmg are exported by polytech.

the manufacturer is not identified on the lmg but its EMEI, they also make the type 97, that rifle it does identify.

the rifles had the slight remainder of factory 26 marking on them but the lmgs don't have it
