Nipples for Antiques in Canada?

I got the old guns back from the smith, he checked them over and gave me the go ahead to shoot them all :)

The reproduction, no problem, M6x1, I have spares for that already.

Now, 5/16-18 nipples for an original 1858 Enfield and 0.265-28 nipples for the Belgian double, any thoughts on where to get them in Canada?

I am also looking for 14ga and 13ga wads for the double.

Dixie Gun Works and Track of the Wolf have nipples, wads Dixie has but would rather order from Canada if at all possible, if reasonably priced.

I thought you were offering to show your nipples in exchange for antiques in Canada.

Or offering antiques in Canada in exchange for someone showing you their nipples.

Nobody wants to see my nipples, I don't think I want to see yours, ha ha ha.

Thanks, I came up with a list of all the stuff, it is going to cost more to shoot, clean and maintain than what I paid, ha ha ha.

Nipples come first though as I have a friend who shoots similar guns and can take care of me for the cleaning side of things for the time being.

Track of the Wolf has reasonable shipping to Canada, combine a few other items you may like as well. I received an order from them recently and shipping was only 20 bucks.

The toughest part is trying to find things in stock, seems as though the preppers are needing spares for the muskets too.

Track of the Wolf has nipples but not wads for the shotgun, the cleaning parts are also hit or miss.
 
on a lot of older guns, not only are the nipples mashed over but the threads are pretty poor and need to be chased out to clean metal. Also on a lot of guns the thread diameter is not standard and those two features often mean the person doing the repairs needs to have the barrels in hand to confirm dimensions and possibly make new nipples to match. What worries me is the hunt and peck method resulting in a nipple that is a bit loose but screws into the hole

Ya, I had them in to Jason Spencer in Ottawa, he looked them all over and gave me the go ahead to shoot them, he verified the nipple threads for me. The ones on the double are 0.256x28, so they have been opened up already.

160 or so years old I definitely had them looked at and verified :)
