Not much. It doesn't seem to like 168gr so far so I'm going to go heavier and try some 175 or 180s and maybe some 200gr.

Did you guys see the Daniel Defense Delta 5 Pro? Looks very similar to the Cross, though admittedly it's an old fashioned action in stock rather than fancy uni-action like a Cross or Ruger Precision Rifle.

The delta 5 and similar set ups are also precision type rifles that are much heavier than the Cross. Ex. The 20" barrel .308 D5 is 10.8 lbs.

I had high hopes for the Cross when it was introduced, but the delay started to get old so I decided to build it exactly the way I wanted it. It weighs in at 10lbs with an empty mag so it's a bit heavier than the Sig would be, but being a 6.5PRC I don't mind the extra weight and it shoots like a house on fire.

If I can save up some coin, I may sell this chassis in the future and switch it to the MDT HNT-26 to save a bit more weight

I'm considering to get on a muzzle compensator in order to protect the crown of the SIG Cross. Anyone has a recommendation on a 6.5mm compensator but not a muzzle brake?

Any 30 cal will do the job. A lot of companies have scrapped making 6.5 specific muzzle devices because the efficiently difference is so minor
