Does anyone know a good source for accessories for a Benelli M4 Super 90? I saw Brugger & Thomet makes a railed forend. Does anyone have any experience with one of these or any other "tactical" accessories for this shotgun?

I have a Mesa Tactical 8-shot shell holder, and a GG&G tactical bolt handle coming from Tactical Shotgunner:

Ron V was very helpful, and a great guy to deal with. He answered all my questions, and was more than happy to ship right to my door (from the US) :D

Shipping was around 16 bucks.

You can get a 4, 6, or 8 shot carrier for it.

You can check out places like Tac Star, they all sorts of neat light clamps and stuff, and Mesa Tactical has some cool stuff for it too!

If you find a tactical light for it, let me know. BTW, I changed my collapsible stock for a pistol grip one. Anyone know if there is a market for selling the collapsible one (brand new)? Sorry, don't mean to highjack your thread.

TacStar makes a good 1" to 3/4" and 1" to 1" flashlight adaptors, and they have pressure pads for Maglights and some other brands. As soon as i figure out a flashlight to get for it, i'll probably go with the Tacstar FL mount and pressure pad!

Not sure about the collapsable stock, I thought most of them came in with the telestock. I say keep it, in case you wanna put it back on. I personally like the collapsable stock, but the solid pistol grip would be evry nice too! I know its a lot of cash to put down for a stock, but you may end up switching them from time to time! :D

BTW, the GG&G tatical bolt handle, does it fit on the m4? On their website, they do say it is for an m1 and m3.

I actually have no idea  :D :p I ordered it kind of hoping it is the same dimentions on all 4 models (which would make sence)

But it looks identicle, except the cutouts where the detent pin goes, on the M4 it has 3 strait cuts (so when you turn the bolt handle it pushes the detent pin in, so it comes out easier) whereas the GG&G handle just has a cutout all the way around.

If it fits, it will be a little harder to get out, but with the bigger handle, it should be easier to grab onto, so it will balance out. Im just crossing my fingers that it fits, but if it doesn't, it was only 25 bucks :D

I think Brownells had a lightweight tactical bolt handle, that was made of Titanium, that was made to fit the Benelli M4, if the one i got doesn't fit i may go that way.

In the surefire tactical catalog 2007, it says that they make a forend rail for the M4, but I've never seen it. The B&T must be nice, but at what price?

Keep us updated.

Me, I'm thinking about putting and optic on it. Mainly for shooting slug 0-75m. It will be use as a backup gun for deer hunting, My first tought were for Aimoint and Eotech.

Any idea guys?

I would put An EOTech on, i suppose mainly because of the 65MOA "ring" you could still use the sight for shooting buckshot. (When i can recover from the cash spent on the shotgun, im thinking of getting a 512)

I saw a pic of the Surefire M80, its kind of different looking... Heres some pics i found from Benelli USA forums:

Hey, just an update. Got my Mesa Tactical 8-shell carrier, and the GG&g Tactical charging handle.

Well, the GG&G Tactical charging handle fits GREAT! :D

Honestly i would say, if theres one thing you really need to get, its the GG&G bolt handle, the thing is a million times easier to hold onto.

I'll get some pics up later on, im going Christmas shopping right away here (even tho my Christmas has already come :p)

I have the mesa shell carrier, its very well made ! Got it at tacticalshotgunner too. One problem I had is the screws getting loose over some time, maybe I didn't put enough locktite. The optic I've got on isn't heavy enough to make a difference anyway.

Thanks for the GG&G handle input, I was considering getting one and I'll do so ! Only thing that might be left would be a surefire m80 hanguard and the package will be complete !

One kickass shotgun !

Pics as Promised

I got some pics of the Mesa Tactical Shureshell Shotshell carrier, and GG&G Bolt handle. :D

As i said, the bolt handle is awesome... Really night and say difference. Before grabbing with gloves was impossible, but now its just as easy as with hands.

For those who care, the stock bolt handle was about 11 grams, the GG&G is about 23 or 24 grams, so its not really very heavy, i dont think its heavy enough to effect cycling in the least bit!

HUGE thanks to Tactical Shotgunner for this!!!

Really great guys to deal with. Damn thing arrived here in ONE WEEK! during Christmas rush nonetheless :D (so i gotta give props to Canada Post for that one!)
