Saddle Ring --Help--

Hello

This showed up in my parts drawer and have no memory of it.

Looks like a miniature Winchester 1894-1886 stud and ring.

It does not fit on my 9422

Couple of pictures attached. One with a 1894 ring for comparison.

Just a guess but I would say a Lanyard ring that was common on a lot of Military revolvers at one time.

That was my first thought, but it it identical to the Winchester design, but it could well be a Lanyard Ring.

Not identical jpc, the break in the small ring is angled not straight like the saddle ring.
My vote is lanyard ring as well.
Have you tried a Google image search?
