Well yes, it's really just a VZ-24 made in the Czech factory, when the Germs took over they just kept up production and re-designated the VZ's as G-(24)t and waffen stamped them. So the left side of the receiver has G-(24)t instead of VZ-24. Top of receiver has 41 for year. Straight bolt, seems to be normal. I have period pictures of German soldiers shooting one on the range the caption says G-(24)t, and the rifle has a straight bolt. I also read in one of my Waffen SS books that it was common to issue alot of these foreign made rifles to the SS due to the fact that the Heer had first priority to the domestic K-98 production. Now my rifle appears to have been either an unissued one, or more likely an arsenal refinish. But I like the German markings on it none the less.
