Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

Just ordered an optic from them, not only did they have it placed immediately. I had to email them to fix the shipping address. They responded within the hour and then had the shipping label later that day!

On top of good service online, they had the optic for 150-200 LESS then ALL other stores AND it was on sale.

SAVING ME $400 total. Now I just need UPS to deliver it!
 
It's been my experience best prices........poor shipping communication.One time I received smashed boxes of loose ammo just thrown in a pkg ...not CP as it was internal.......... So if you can live with that? It's a crap shoot they don't seem to care if the customer is happy or not.

My experiences with Tenda have always been great. Ammo comes quickly. I had to return a Kadet 2 adapter which would not function in my Omega. I was able to return it for a full refund and they even paid the return shipping! I have no idea what problems you're having - maybe they are self-inflicted...
 
I don't know how you can't seem to get a hold of them. I can communicate with them as easily as any other shop. I recently ordered some stuff from them and was quite happy with my experience.

Update; I just received my Beretta, initially I had not filled out the gun club info or it got deleted,, no problem we fixed that and their communications was excellent. I got the transfer and sent it to them because sometimes it speeds things up, they always send a Thankyou etc. They sent it Canada post which is usually great but with most places it gets carded out and I have to wait an extra day to get my gear! Tenda had it carded out immediately and I could go right away to pick it up and sign for it. Awesome.
The 1951 was packaged very well and the pistol was immaculate!!! ( if you don't have one of these you should get one before they are gone) sadly this is a Birthday gift for my wife,, well not sadly but you know what I mean! It is better that the last one I got from elsewhere and that one was awesome! So, overall a fantastic experience, I will shop at Tenda again when they have something I want!

They don't let you poo at thier store because they only let paying customers use the bathroom but thats about it, as for online ordering theyre perfect!

A number of non-food businesses frown on people just walking in and using their washrooms, so not unique to Tenda, if that is in fact true.

I have purchased a number of things from Tenda and the experience has been top notch each time. Their selection of especially tactical firearms, a wide variety of ammo and accessories is impressive and they have extremely competitive prices on most of their items. I do like the fact that they appreciate their customer base by offering things like giveaways.
 
I just received my new Dan Wesson LASD in 9mm. It was supposed to come with 3 magazines (I confirmed this with them before I ordered it through them). They had published that it came with two but when I asked if they would match a competitors price with 3 magazines, the employee told me that he just checked and that they did in fact come with three magazines. They changed it on their webpage to show this soon after our discussion.

My new pistol came with 2 magazines and not 3 so I'll let you know how Tenda handles this situation. I would like my 3rd magazine from them and have sent them a message asking them for this. I will call tomorrow and let everyone know what happens with this issue.

I have had dozens of transactions over the past 2 to 3 years. All very satisfactory, quick shipping and easy to contact. Strange what is happening to you.

I understand completely, however, we don't get to talk in person about different stores so here is the only place and someone mentions these guys aren't very good/ someone else says they are, etc. So as my first purchase I just put in that they seem very good. There are some gun store on here that aren't or even weren't the best but got better and some that still are not. Oddly, if the deal was right I would likely still buy from them also, I would just be very careful!
 
So far my interactions have been positive, first time buying ammo online with them, slight hiccup on my end, a few emails and everything was solved and shipped.
So I'm gunna say so far have been nothing but positive. Probably gunna order again today or tomorrow.
