Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

Im starting to wonder if it make sense to continue shopping at this store. Yes, we get general emails on new stocks and on sale items. However, any new ordered items in the past week or so are still in the same status and unchange. The phone number doesn't work and email replies as well, so technically you cant get a hold of them. Is anyone else getting the same treatment on your recent orders?
100% yes, always good service, super good people and they look after you if there is a problem!!!

I've bought so much stuff from Tenda its crazy, and never an issue. Shipping has never been more than a week and usually less. It can be chaotic in their store on a busy day and even on a slow day more like a third world market than a western store, but they do their best. They have modernized their store and added fishing gear to make up for the Liberal attempts to close them, but despite that more often than not have significantly better prices than their Toronto area competitors. Like all stores, they are at the mercy of the courier services.

My question is...what competitor do you work for, New Member with Zero rating? :geek:

My experience has been mostly good & no problem with them
generally. They do not try whatsoever to go the extra for you though so likely why the complaints. I got my ammo and a gun fine, sent back some scope rings, and took forever to get a refund. Bought a new Chiappa 44 mag that was a absolute piece of crap,(Avoid these, at all costs, overpriced and yes, they are made like crap, strangely accuracy was VG so barrels are ok but rest?, could not believe how poorly made). It had so many things wrong I wanted a refund but not much response or help from them, only gave me Chiappa customer service # which they never answer BTW. I emailed Chiappa too and they responded a month later to go get it fixed at a service shop at my cost? Tenda uses UPS and a signature which is useless if you are not at home to receive and then UPS will not hold it either for pick up so it gets returned to Tenda.. Most useless shipping service I have ever seen. Make sure you have a UPS account so you can try and make changes or tell Tenda to ship for "pickup only" in 1st place. If their prices were not better on many things I would never shop there to be honest, they do not try very hard on customer service or retention like other shops in my experience.

I have bought a lot from Tenda. Recently not much because I can find better deals somewhere else. Just received an email today for a Henry in 22 WMR and it said 20 % off. So I became excited. Checked the price, just the normal price, that's what they do recently, either up the price and then call it sale or their 20 or whatever % they are claiming is clearly customer deception. Yeah, don't buy milsurp from them, 50/50 chance you get crap and when you complain, they tell you to take a hike.

We need more magtech .44 and .357 magnum,,, on sale of course, Cause i'm cheap!
By the way, does anyone have any experience with magtech ammo? So far I have heard it is fine range ammo!?
I shoot Magtech 44 mag out of my Henry. Reliable ammo. I have also shot 9mm Magtech. Never had an issue which is more than what I can say about other brands.

Magtech is not to be confused with Maxxtech, which sucks
