Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

Made my first order with Tenda in May of 2020 during the lockdown.
They had CCI Standard Velocity on special for a stupid low price by the case with free shipping.
The website warned of shipping delays.
It took a couple of weeks but everything arrived as planned.

what do i do with this piece of cr_p?just got it from tenda, not the photo that was sent to me,but i was a couple weeks late to pay so i have barrel scrapping's? A bit pricey at a dollar short 3 grand shipped and insured.

Did you contact them? What did they say?
waiting for tenda to contact suppliers;) is the bolt prohibited?, I found another one for sale online with the same bm59 bolt. And it seems too clean no grease and the chunks look like it was used in a recent scrap.i hate to ##### online but i got attitude right off the bat.

just so its out there, i know "pig in a poke" but a picture of the rifle they had ready for me seeing, as i asked for one from the start, would have been a bit more honest. As we all know online surplus sight unseen is a fools errand, that's why i touched base for a photo before purchase. I hope i can at least take this to the range. that last oic destroyed my collection that has taken me twenty years to form, now i have a beaten Trudeau semi that god forbid i can a least try before it becomes history.

I hear people say that Tenda likes to surprise people with extra shipping charges when they are otherwise entitled to free shipping. Is that true for you guys?

When I bought stuff there in person, I wanted it shipped to my home about an hour away, and I was entitled to free shipping due to the price tag. However, I got hit by a $20 "oversize fee", and although it was pretty long, I was surprised to see the free shipping did not apply. I ended up paying it but was a bit miffed. Better to pick up in person if you ask me.

I dunno. Ordered from them quite a few times and no issues. I posted earlier this year about having to return a firearm due to a manufacturing issue and was super pleased how they handled the exchange. Fast, smooth and painless. Sorry that people have had bad experiences. Mine have been excellent

25 bucks oversize charge i paid also, I live just south of whitehorse yukon,so that is a good deal but then my last order i put 79 bucks insurance to be safe on the value anyway not sure if that would help with the condition of your purchase or loss?the order was 3 grand so it felt proper. But 25 bucks for shipping is real good actually.

Orders I have previously placed have been filled and shipped promptly. Never had an issue to date + I have found that their ammo prices and selection can’t be beat. Will continue to shop there.

It's not really a surprise. They inform you there will be an extra charge and ask if you want to proceed with the order. It's usually regarding more remote areas and/or weight and bulk of items being shipped.

This policy is listed on their website.

It takes a while to get things , but not bad, they run out of ammo on sale too quick but that is only the stuff on awesome sale so really no more issues than any other online dealer. Would love to see a mossberg 590a1 sale, I want a 20 inch ghost ring rig.

I've bought multiple firearms and tens of thousands of rounds of various calibers of ammo from them. Always been top notch...
But never a surplus. That I need in my hands first to look it over.
they seem top notch to me also, but this is my first time buyer so maybe now i wont get scre---d on next purchase.
