That case shows signs of a very High pressure load. In most cases, this is because of using the wrong powder.
However, if you are sure you were loading the correct powder, this was a big overload, more than 2 grains, to be sure.
There is a possibility that the powder "bridged" in your funnel, undercharging one load, and then dropped the
extra into the next load. N133 is quite fine, and you may not have noticed the fuller case. Dave.
