Just so everyone is aware there is a used Merkel 470 NE for sale at the gun store on the highway in FSJ

6500 dollars

It is my understanding this is a very good deal

Also a really nice 338-378 weatherby with an English style stock for around 2 gs

Someone please take advantage of this, god knows these guys have taken advantage of me over the years!

My interests are elsewhere, we are in a rebuilding phase in terms of the gun collection

Since it is not a stainless sako with a sissy whistle and swarovski or a Lee enfield with a bushnell banner I don’t think it fits the bill for most fsj hunters

Seriously though backcountry and corlanes don’t seem to have issues moving the various African rifles on their shelves, this and the stuff sold at the DC gunshow give me the vibe that it won’t last long.

Not quite 45, white collar job, have a plain old outboard-powered boat, but my braked Sako is an 85 in .300 Win Mag... Swarovski z5 on the way for it...

I didn’t name it because it’s a non members business. If you have decent reading comprehension and access to google you should be able to figure it out without getting lost in the backcountry outdoors or anything
