Very little is cross-compatible.

The actual NR AR straight pull receivers are designed to replace the "prohibited" receiver and utilize a good chunk of the remaining parts.

WK180C and other AR180B pattern rifles can usually use AR15 triggers and accessories, but the mechanical guts and receiver are proprietary (and barrels aren't exactly common with the carbine length gas system).

If the popularity keeps up, I can only imagine more barrels coming out. Probably just need a piston guide block on the barrel for a rifle length setup.

Probably the biggest issue is the lack of barrels at retailers.

RWA sells the mid length gas piston as well as IBI compatible barrels.
ATRS also sells match pistol gas replacement barrels.

There was a post somewhere for MRA renegade as well but with the changes in the mk2, I'm not too sure any more.
