Project Gun - 1910 Remington Rolling Block 38-55 - Gunsmith Recommendation

I am looking for a gunsmith who can re-barrel a 1910 Remington Rolling Block action with a Green Mountain 38-55 octagon barrel.

I have the action and the barrel , the action was previously barreled with 30-30 and I have the stub of the 30-30 barrel. I am hoping the existing extractor will work.

The problem I have is there does not appear to be anyone here in New Brunswick that has the 38-55 tooling required so I am looking for recommendations for a gun smith who can do the job and do it well.

I'm interested in finding someone who is happy to work with rolling block actions as well. Some I've takked to weren't excited about the square threads or just didn't want to figure out something new to them.

I'm sure that Ron Smith works with them but I sort of hate to ask if not using one of his barrels.
 
The first barrel threads I cut were the square threads for a Rem RB and , altho a bit different than conventional V threads, the only big difference is that your machinist/ Gunsmith will have to make the thread cutter to match...wasn't a big deal for me (and I was as green as new grass at machining) and if your guy has the old stub to measure off of it'll be a snap.

It'll take any machinist only a couple minutes to grind a cutter using a $3 chunk of square HSS blank.

It is not difficult to make a D bit reamer to ream the chamber but the catch is that is probably no economical for a commercial gunsmith to make a reamer when he can probably buy one for around $100 or so at a guess

Thanks Fingers and Mooncoon, unfortunately my issue is I don't know anybody I would trust this to that's why I am looking for recommendations.

Thanks again folks , had an email exchange with Oskar last night he is recovering from an injury and expects to be out of commission for a couple of months.
