Recently picked up a glock 19 with a threaded barrel. The barrel has left handed threading that I think is M13.5 X 1, LH and I'm wondering what options I have for a muzzle device and if anyone knows where I could get one that's in stock?

Reminded of South Park's Chef...

Well, there's old man Bezos' AmazondotCa down on Main Street, he's got a department store full of solvent traps, you've got to stay away from him!

Seriously, though, probably the only muzzle device that is safe, legal, and fit-for-purpose is a thread protector.

Nordic Marksman has the OEM part on their website, but they're not showing any in stock. <https://www.nordicmarksman.com/Glock-Barrel-Thread-Protector-9mm-M135x1-LH.html>

Elwood Epps has an AAC in stock. <https://ellwoodepps.com/advanced-armament-corp-thread-protector-m13-5-x-1-lh.html>

You'll also want to get some o-rings (that'll fit the groove in the barrel); they'll serve to keep the thread protector secure, and where you want it.

Red Deer Shooting Centre might have an option. <https://www.rdsc.ca/handgun-parts/muzzle-devices.html>

This

Got mine off amazon for 10$ shipped years ago. Probably cost 25c to make in a machine shop at the end of the day before leaving for a machinist.

On my 19 with the OEM Glock metric 13.5 x 1 left hand thread I run ZEV comp, they make them in both the Glock metric and the standard 1/2 x 28 threads

I ordered mine from IRUNGUNS and had them import it for me, but you can also try Black Box they are constantly getting more Zev comps in stock. If they dont have stock they might have some coming in soon that you can pre order

Texas Black Rifle Company used to make a suitable Comp that One of the site vendors used to stock before TBRC went bust. After using it for a couple years now on a G19 I’d spend the extra and get the Zev Pro Comp or the Cyanide Design Rook Comp in m13 5x1. I dislike the way 2 screws fasten the device on the sides of the barrel. I use a high temp O-Ring to snug it up before fastening the screws. The Zev & CD use a clamp to the threads method that seems more secure and robust but I’m no expert. Have no issues with reliability using the standard factory spring shooting 124 & 147 gr. If a minimalist comp is what your after Griffin Armament makes a slick micro comp that barely pokes Past then end of the barrel. Blackbox Customs would be my first stop, IRUNGUNS my second.
