I'm done with donating money and advocating, the people outside of gun owners are not getting swayed around me. I did what I can and the party I'm supposed to count on is fractured and looks like it has no chance. I got to take care of my own and can't keep expending my cash in hopes to sway a public that often hates us. I'm not sure why you highlighted my post then and the first sentence you wrote ends with "Well done traitor" I guess that was directed at others.

I’m afraid Turdo did his classes on this one : the conservatives don’t have an all-star leader, the other parties are nowhere near getting elected even as a minority gouvernement, the libs are pouring money so the lazies don’t have to get off their fat asses, they started their stupid antigun ad campaign to brainwash the scared people in thinking they’ll be « safer » (see what’s going on lately in Montréal, lots of gang shooting, but not suppose to happen because of C71 and the Quebec gun registry!), and in time of crisis people tend to keep their current government. It’s the right time for the libs to start an election, worst they’ll stay minority, best they’ll get the majority.

Scheer had 300,000 more votes than Trudeau but still lost the election solely because the GTA chose Trudeau.
There are only two conservatives in Canada who even have a fighters chance at winning the GTA: Stephen Harper and believe it or not, Doug Ford (inb4 someone says “dOuG fOrD iS a LibErAL”
The only other option is for the NDP to find another Jack Layton in hopes that they can steal some votes from the Liberals. Until then, all we can hope for is another Liberal minority government.

I haven't seen the micro chip posts you think is so common here. Even though it will never happen ask why people in the West want to separate. They have legitimate reasons to be angry. Why would single issue voters bother you so much? Some people think guns are what will preserve liberty. You need thick skin in this arena.
Why aren't those people getting swayed? It's not because of this particular forum. It doesn't have that kind of influence on the public.
