How did you get the stock to fit? Looks great

It’s an aluminum 870 SG adapter modified to fit.

It shouldn't be too hard, I'm currently adapting an akm stock to my T81, I just need to add a little material and shave down the sides for a proper fit.

I like the looks of AKM furniture on T81 without the bipod and carrying handle.. I'm still hesitant to do remove the handle though because it's irreversible mod made with a dremel. But I ordered AKM stock just in case I change my mind lol. My other thought is to get a set of AK-74 plastic furniture and dress the rifle in it. It should be fairly easy to 3d-print an adapter for the lower handguard in this case

I honestly believe that a properly "bubba'ed" Type 81sa dressed to look like an AK or AKM or Tabuk Sniper would fetch more if not the same $$$ as bone stock type 81sa's. Kindov like how Galil cloned Valmets still fetch more $$$ then factory ones. There are many out there like myself who could care less about the stock configuration of the Type 81sa's.

Yeah that was my idea, plus it feeds my ak-cope. I have a nice dark cherry stock. Didn't think of 3d printing an adapter to fit the lower handguard.

Honestly, I would among others. I wish there was a third party market for the T81.
