Is anyone else having trouble accessing Hodgdon's reloading site?

I can put in cartridge, bullet weight, powder selection hit update data and nothing happens.
Emailed Hodgdon and they said its something with my computer settings.
Any help would be appreciated.

It does not work with my Apple mobile devices, but is ok with my (windows 10 OS) computer.

I've noticed that it doesn't work on my Android phone with the DuckDuckGo browser. I think it doesn't like mobile browsers.

I tried my wife's computer and it works on it.
Both using the same browser. Just don't know why it won't work on mine.

I use it for rifle load data. Works fine on my Windows 10 computer. No issues.

On my Android phone, works fine with Google and Firefox browser....but both had a delay where after selecting the cartridge and bullet, I had to hit the "Update Data" button several times to get it to display the results.

On same Android phone using the Yahoo browser, after selecting cartridge and bullet, the results would not display. I hit the "Update Data" button numerous times and no results.

Looks like the system is not optimally designed for the small screen phone, especially not portrait view. Tabular data outputs with expandable windows are sort of like that - they are designed for broad width on a screen, not really designed to stack vertically.

Edit: after I wrote that about Yahoo browser, I held the phone horizontally (landscape view), hit the "Update Data" several times, and it finally kicked in with the results.

Conclusion: Best to use a computer screen. (I don't own a tablet so cannot comment on tablet issues).

Clean out your web browser's cache.
(Or Download CCleaner Basic, run it.)
And try Hodgdon's site again again.

Well, don't know what happened but it works tonight.
I regularly clean up my cache and did not make any changes it just works.

Yeah, something is wrong: they finally realized the previous Data Center was much better than the current contraption, made a new one and won't let me use it unless I register.
I'm starting to feel a monopoly attitude there.
