The following is a letter we were sent from a major outdoors wholesaler. We have left their name out as we do not want to cause them the drama of people phoneing them and accusing them of "hosing" the public. This is one of several of these letters that nearly all manufactors are sending out. We were advised of a 10% price increase in ammo next month, nearly all ammo out of Europe will be canceled do to inefficiency and shipping problems. This is the coming reality of massive inflation.

Gee whiz, who would have thought that intentional disruption of supply line would cause massive price increase and inflation. I wonder if anyone remembers what happened after the hyperinflation during the Weimar Republic...
 
That position is already taken.................we have a dictator ,at least until the election is over.

How is it intentional? I'm not up on the global situation...or even national. Dont get out much.
 
Wow, shutting down the economy and then printing billions (trillions in the states) to compensate is causing inflation? Silly Keynesian's, tricks are for kids.

When will people realize that you can't eat money? You need to grow the food.
 
Inflation makes assets more valuable and fiat currencies less valuable. In other words, “stuff” is worth more and the money needed to buy it is worth less.

If hell freezes over and the Hypocrite gets re-elected, he’s going to discover that gun prices have escalated and gun owners will demand twice as much as before for any buy-back program he is planning.

Of course, this is all moot because the Liberals are going to take a sh*t kicking this time around.
 
here I was thinking some ammo was about to get cheaper because of the new US thing about not accepting Russian ammo...

I have no doubt that inflation is affecting costs including shipping but, if that's what they are really paying for a container, they need a new freight agent. I was recently quoted on a 40' reefer container from a rather large country beside China and it was almost exactly 1/2 that amount and that was up about 2K from my pre-covid shipping costs. Your agent needs a new agent.

Any Inflation you see is only a figment of your immagination and is merely a temporary blip.......

How do we know? :)

Because the the Liberals and their pet Financial auditors reviewing the Liberal Spending Spree Election platform insist that this is so.........

And we all know they can't be wrong or not telling the truth.......right??....... ;)
