What do i need to go with us army backpack frame?

I've seen these backpack frames on the website for some time and have been very curious, but always hesitated ordering one because i don't really know what else i need to go with it.

Don't forget a waist belt

+1 to this, have the waist belt is great because instead of having the weight on the shoulder, its now distributed equally to your hips and shoulder

Was hoping to find a canadian source, shipping is like $40 for a $14 item from the states
