I have a gsg 16 with dlask 9" barrel. May still buy a factory 9" though unless they add a couple hundred bucks to the price. I wonder how much the list price will be, when they will get here, and who will be selling them.

Edit: will need to get one soon before that dbag turdeau gets back in and makes all guns prohib...except Israeli guns...those guys are his buddies.

folding stock? not with 9" barrel. did you mean extendable stock like the gsg-15 but fixed? no folding.

I love it!!

Dlask already sold over 400 barrels; how many GSG16 rifles have already been sold in Canada?

I'm proud of every one of you patriots, keep buying and piss off a liberal

Looks like a folder in the pic (just like the GSG15), but I am assuming it will be altered at the factory so It cannot be folded to keep it NR. Otherwise they probably would have left the telescoping one on it. I don't think they would sell many if it arrived as Restricted.

love it. usually not a fan of plastic .22s but always wanted a little SMG build. Would love to pick one up if it is NR and less than $600

Just found out about these. I'm surprised Blue Line Solutions hasn't made an official post or anything about them to get people hyped up and spread the word around. In any case I'm looking forward to these coming in. Somehow In a stroke of luck I was able to recently find and acquire a GSG-522 conversion kit. Definitely gonna buy a 9 inch factory rifle now to convert

Yes but it is speculated that these would be imported with the stock fixed extended.

Cheers

That's dubious. There have been other examples of the Lab saying no to pinning a folding or collapsing stock - go look up the Dlask thread about trying to make NR Keltec cmr30s that way. Long story short the lab said no.

I hope we can get NR ones with that stock. Or with a fixed stock from the factory. These look better than the current models with the collapsing stock, and I just can't justify the cost to get a Dlask barrel for a plinker...

dlask said rcmp said no to a pinning of a restricted. these ones will probably be fixed (no pins). all approved prior to sale.

With a 9" barrel and folding stock they would be restricted... Thus it seems to be a very similar situation?

Maybe the lab will accept them if they're pinned from the factory, but it's entirely possible they won't, based on past precedent. I also used to have in writing the lab telling my friend that his folding stock on a 10/22 is deemed a folding stock regardless of how its modified, even epoxying the crap out of it wasn't enough. They said if it's designed as a folding stock then it is a folding stock, period.

Long story short, we won't know until the lab makes a judgement because they change their mind all the time.
