Liberals plan to ''End Gun Violence''

Well, I can speak for myself, I certainly don't need his/her help.

I am not happy with what has happened to our country on many levels, and want to see the Liberals kicked out ASAP. Further, I don't want to see them replaced with another leftist party. Rather than see a continuation of self-serving ruling-class elitists I would prefer to see a grass roots party in power. That's certainly not the CPC, who is turning leftist faster than a speeding bullet, but the PPC.

Any inroads are better than none, and we have to start somewhere if we want to save Canada.

Just my $0.02 worth. I'm going out to vote PPC now. Don't forget to go yourselves! HAVE A GREAT DAY !!

Hey just wondering how’d your party do? I saw the Green Party got two seats but none are showing for PPC? Did they get lost perhaps?

The PPC did exactly what anyone with half a brain thought they'd do - they got the Liberals back in power.

Did you do the math…? The conservatives are 39 seats behind and need 51 to form a majority government.

Pretty sure he means in individual ridings were the Conservative lost to the Liberal by those few votes. Actual popular vote shows the Conservatives had more votes overall but still lost because of this.

Our community is 100% broken. We are DONE. Face that reality today. Because we threw away our last chance yesterday. Your guns are going away and if you think you’ll ever get them back then you are DELUDED.
Speaking of which, gun owning PPC voters handed a bunch of ridings to the Liberals yesterday. That is indisputable. And you see their posts today giving the figurative finger to the rest of us. There is no path to any kind of victory for gun owners b/c we are poisonously divided. The CCFR tried but it ended up being a waste of time and effort. Results speak for themselves…

More than just AR's are going.

All semi auto SG's, LGs and HGs are gone.

But.. but... how can that be?
The UN Declaration of Human Rights states that we cannot be arbitrarily deprived of our property (Art. 17)
And why is our government claiming any day now we will murder people when that same declaration says no one shall be subject to attacks on his reputation and honour (Art. 12)???

It's almost like... like they're hypocrites and we're just disposable citizens.

But hey, cute socks, eh.

There was only a small glimmer of hope before this election. We knew capt black face was going to be in power again so why piss and moan about it. The victory we should all be getting behind is the fact that turdeau FAILED to get majority. That was the whole reason for the election. All we can do is wait for him to fak up and hope it goes better down the road.

The PPC may not have gotten any seats, but got almost 10% of the overall votes. Sounds like a big step forward to me!

I was surprised in talking a some Liberal neighbours who switched to PPC as to why they didn't vote CPC. They didn't want to vote for another Trudeau...... Isn't that funny!

So long as there's an easy road and a fool's dream to buy into, I'd venture to say that the majority is too far gone.

You very well might be right. I think Canada's in big trouble like most of us do but today I'm just relieved the turd doesn't have the majority

CPC must decide which direction they want to go. If the current way is what they believe is the best way for the party, than they will become less and less attractive to the people who didn’t vote for them yesterday. Perhaps also for some of those who did. Eventually these folks will become…something. PPC or else. No amount of swearing will change that. Just like the Green Party on the left. There will be something on the right. It’s up to CPC to change that.

Reality is a tough one for gun owners, I see.
The PPC is nothing but a right-wing fringe-party. The PPC did not make a "big step forward". There will be no "purple wave". You will never "take this country back". It's just like the anti-abortion crowd on the political Right. They actually think that, one day, they'll convince everyone that they are right and abortions will become illegal...will become murder. Good lord, what complete nonsense!
FACT: most Canadians are moderates and their political leanings are center-left. Chasing the right wing fringe vote is a waste of time. You will alienate far more moderate Canadians by pandering to these people way out on the right. Want to get elected? The middle is still up for grabs. If PPC supporters want to keep being the Don Quixote of Canada's political landscape then, by all means, keep charging at those windmills.

Here's reality: the PPC helped Trudeau to remain in power...and to confiscate our firearms with much more to come. And never forget that the PPC got ZERO SEATS. Not even loony Max won his riding...
We lost the war yesterday. There will be some nipping at the Liberals heels as they move forward with their disarmament agenda, but it will not stop them now. As of yesterday, your guns are gone.
And if you think burying your guns is some kind of "victory" then I would remind you that burying things is almost always reserved for things that are dead and gone forever.

They lied and used misinformations to confiscate legal possessions from some of the most law-abiding citizens, this without going thru the democratic procedure, they showed their true colors, the liberals are '' My way or the highway'' , mass confiscation is cute on paper, but do you really wanna be the cops kicking people's doors? Yes, lots will fold, but I'd expect some resistance.

This is an open war on the future of Canada, first they'll take your guns, then they'll take everything they want, we're not going in the right direction, we will loose many more ''privileges'' only to realize collectively that in Canada, you're a subject not a citizen and ''rights'' are subjectives AF.

What's done is done, time to move on, the destruction of the LGR was a gift for that, yes they'll come for the AR and pistols, but they'll never get half the semi-autos already in people hands. Lots of gun owners in NZ didn't comply, it will the be same here, it ain't over yet, even if it's terrible times, ( Toronto has way too many seats, fook dat).

Exactly. A large percentage of my firearms are non restricted. I'll have to pass away before the gov will ever see them.

Agreed 100%

Yes, but keeping them in hiding or buried into the ground is not enjoing them. Even if you decide to shoot them you have to look over your shoulder nobody sees you. It brings stress that takes out the fun from shooting our guns. This is what pisses me off. The three Karens must be giggling of joy right now while writing up for Blair the next guns to to confiscated.
