Liberals plan to ''End Gun Violence''

Congrats to all the leftist Canadians to put communist Liberals back to power and Turd-Eau back as PM. Sometimes this country never stops to surprise me...

F'ed up thing is conservatives got more votes.

Looks like the NDP really got hosed on that.
1/2 the number of votes as Trudeau but only came up 1/6 the number of seats
In fact, Singh had more than double the number of votes as the Bloc but ended up with less than 3/4 of the seats
Now that is F'ed up

And guess where those leftist Canadians likes to live at? They dominate almost every major Canadian cities and their key ridings. These people cannot be reasoned with as they only respond to emotional stimuli.

You are right. Things need to change to represent votes accordingly.

Why is it that with the "strong" measures to end vio!ence, the so called "gun violence" has doubled? I've seen this trend every single time libtards are in power.

They should've asked a gun owner. You'll always get a lousy score when you shoot at the wrong target.

Ask Billy da Kid. He never answered a question when asked about the gun related crimes up this year, at least 20%. Instead, his reply was "Numbers alone doesn't tell the full story". Where is he getting the facts showing the firearms he banned caused these crimes to spike and continue to rise. Good luck to all responsible gun owners. Handgun ban is now looming in our gloomy horizon.

Which is where the CPC should have nailed him; so you're ignoring what the numbers say, where's your science-based policy? as a former police officer, perhaps drawing on his experience at G20, you'd expect him to have more respect for the evidence?

And that should've been carried by the media: Liberal policy built on wishful thinking, Disgraced former cop ignores facts.

But we know how that goes.

Quebec most likely a planning a handgun ban, will be announced this coming Friday (first 3 minutes).

Quebec is the start. Ontario probably to follow.

As I mentioned several times here prior to the election, this is what happens when the conservative vote gets split.

UPDATE: Quebec Government announced they're going after CRIMINALS providing more resources (90 million ) to combat illegal firearms trafficking and gun grime rather than going after law abiding responsible gun owners. Bravo I say. The Libs should take note.

"A minimum of $1B" to support municipal/provincial handgun bans...

Sounds like money to fund buy back schemes...

I am worried that such cash will be the proverbial carrot dangled in front of local councils.

The broader concern is if they push a ban without compensation. By turning things over to the municipalities the fed can wipe their hands clean of it.

If so, what's stopping municipalities from going further by banning whatever they like (i.e. all semi-autos, shotguns having more than x shell capacity, etc) bypassing all previous methods (i.e IOC, buybacks, etc?) given we're far from the majority in most cities?

Seriously, is this not concerning?
