Well if you're desperate and want the 3 hour drive to Thunder Bay, here you go. It's been a few years,but they used to be $1/lb. cut and wrapped.

There is a guy in Jellico with cold storage and I believe he butchers. He's got a sign posted on the Goldfield with a phone number, next time I'm down I'll take a pic.

Did you ever hear from the guy in Jellico? Heading to Nakina in a couple of weeks and curious about local(ish) butcher options.
