Hey Everybody,

I am posting this Thread from Westlock Alberta and i have been looking for .44 Mag Ammo for awhile now.

No one seems to have any and the Places that do are charging me a BOAT LOAD to get it to me...

I'm looking at getting 100 to 200 Rounds.

I called Cab's yesterday as they said they have some drove to Edmonton and they had none... they didn't sell out that day they just had none.

They don't believe they are getting any soon the guy said yesterday. i was not happy

All the places around me have none and do the HMM---EW--AH .44 Mag Eh....

i love my Mares Leg and would love to shoot it..

i am new yes to this site but not new to the Pew World.

i was worried that was going to come up...

is it a hard process?

It is actually quite easy but, you need to just pay attention to what you are doing. I found I make better ammo for my guns than the stuff that comes out of those cardboard boxes.

Well, if you were in Edmonton, I would have checked P&D. Generally they have a pretty good stock. And if you call them, and they say they have it - THEY HAVE IT!

I checked with P&D they had none.

i don't even know where to begin with Reloading but i think I'm going to need to learn quick.

Holy crap!!! If P&D didn’t have any then we are in some serious doo-doo. Haven’t really made it up there since this whole Covid mess, but if they’re out, then it’s one more of those things lately that makes me think that the world as I know it might be ending.

I didn't believe we were out of .44 mag when I read this so I went and checked the shelf and ammo room myself...guess what we are out. I cannot remember another time when we were out of .44 mag or any standard caliber. We are also down to our last 5 boxes of 30-06! Surprisingly we have a fairly good supply of many calibers and makes but some just happen to have a rush and we are sold out. We (like everyone else) have ammo on back order with every distributor...time will tell. Phil.

The crappy tire in Leduc has a good ammo selection. Also check Tier One in Edmonton and there is a newer gun shop (forget the name) in Riel Park within St. Albert. Maybe Wild West? Loads of gun shops in Edmonton area. Otherwise reload. Get the cheap Lee Loader. That's how I started over 40 years ago to make 308 Win at 19 years old
