BCL MRX Bision VS Ruger american ranch in Chaissis?

I wear proper hearing protection and have only shoot it outdoors so it hasn't been unbearable (I'd probably add foam plugs if shooting indoors).
However, I could "feel" the concussion more than usual vs a longer bbl and the guys to the right/left of me would give me the stink eye
I'm sure it's got to do with the oem brake design.

I googled concussion from shooting and that seems to be an issue with some military personal, so that may be not a good think for SBR.
Need to ask opinion from Health Canada -))
Was contemplating a Bison but after 4 emails and three phone calls over the past 7 weeks to BCL regarding the .300blk model that all went unanswered I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Shame because I really wanted one... but at the same time makes me shudder to think what after sales support will be like.
I like my Bison for what it is, but I can only get that 1.5 moa they advertise with Hornady 75 grain BTHP loads. It's usually 1-2 inch groups at 100m. 55 grain HDY fmj, I'm getting 3 moa roughly. But my cheap CamPro 55 grain loads are all over the place.. 5-8 in groups at 100. 5 shot groups will usually throw 2-3 rounds fairly tight but it will just do wild flyers. Again, this is only with cheap ammo. With the 75 grain quality loads, it's respectable but not a crazy tack driver. I'm shooting off a bipod and a 4x scope, so it's not like I'm using a bench rest. However, for comparison, I take my Tikka CTR 308 to shoot in between while barrels are cooling and I'm printing 3/4 inch groups at 100 with my HDY 178 eldx loads. (Which this rifle does.). So, I don't think it's the shooter, but who knows. I'm not sure if it's the Bisons fast twist or something about the 5.56 chamber but it just doesn't like 55 grain pills.
Right now, as much as I like the Bison, if I knew a Ruger ranch would shoot 1 moa with my cheap CamPro loads I would buy one and sell the Bison. I only got into 223 to shoot cheaper haha.
And, yes the Bison is pretty loud but no problem with good hearing protection. If I keep it, I'll probably replace this muzzle brake with something that doesn't spit noise back so much.

How are the barrels attached to the receiver?
AR style?
If not, AR style I would think a barrel maker could easily be persuaded to make pre-fits for less than $450.00 if the demand was there.
I already have four BA rifles chambered in .223 so don't need another but would like several .222/.223 based cals.
6X45, 25 Copperhead, 6.5TCU, 7TCU, 300BLK.
If they come out with a 7.62X39 bolt face then all the cartridges based off of it, would be an easy and inexpensive swap-a-roo.

Have you talked with members of the infantry? Whatever they are doing is obviously worse for the grey matter...
I was hesitant in purchasing a new BCL firearm product based on some of the negative reviews from the past.
When my Bison started having FTE's during its first outing I wasn't too surprised or impressed (being a new design etc). However, I have to say BCL Customer Service was quick to respond and they fixed/returned my rifle very quickly. BCL even tossed in a few "goodies" and followed up with an email a few weeks later to see how the rifle was performing.
I haven't had any issues since and happy with the product. The 20/20 proprietary mags should be out soon.
BTW....Tenda has a Black Friday special. The Bison comes with a free 3-9x40 scope (no I don't work for either)
