You could try going through IRG/Prophet River/Border View/A z tech Armory as a means to purchase the required parts from IWI US, otherwise you are SOL and waiting on North Sylva to get some.

You could contact IWI directly, they will ask you the serial number etc. They would likely ship the parts through North Sylva. Not sure if it would be any faster.

Hi all,

Long story short, I made the infamous "didn't-remove-charging-handle-before-removing-barrel" mistake and wrecked the charging handle + gas cylinder on my new X95. Pretty pissed at myself, but that's beside the point...

North Sylva is apparently backordered on parts and has nothing right now. Does anyone know of a source for parts other than them?

One retailer I spoke to suggested trying to order directly from IWI in Israel.

What sucks is that apparently IWI USA's customer support is fantastic, but we have no access to it here in Canada.

Had the exact same problem as you, I got all from A z tech Armory in roughly a months time using their import services

Our parts support here for IWI here in Canada is a joke, nothing is ever in stock and special orders take 6-12 months to get into our hands

On a few occasions i've dealt with IWI US directly, other times they said they couldn't help. Perhaps try having IWI ship to a friend of yours in the states who will ship to you.
