I found my receipt... $215.68 to my door, all in. So I don't think there were any additional unexpected charges. This is quality gear and well worth what I paid.

I did have to pay some fee to UPS ($23) for tax, duty and brochage, so $14 for shipping and $23 for the other fees, total $37, far from $100!

Initially I did give some consideration to a scope mounting on mine. However, with my primary use being as I mentioned in post #5, I never really saw the need.

I want to use mine for caribou and as a back up gun for moose(like going for a walk from camp and maybe get a few grouse for supper type thing!) so for that definitely doesn’t need a scope but for caribou it would be useful! And for load development it is definitely useful!

Good day all just got my QD mounts for the ZH304 form Optic Trade, it was and maybe still is lost on the UPS world… but I have it in my hands and I have to say it is a quality mounts for sure and the service at Optic trade was is excellent!! I will mount it and mount a scope on it so I can start load development while I’m waiting for the original scope and mount to show up from Trace Scope Repairs!

My issue with these was the shotgun barrel with slug POI was my so far away from the rifle POI ....system is NON adjustable for regulation

I found that most combination guns are not intended to shoot slugs but mostly buckshots and smaller, I have a savage 24 and it does the same, when I shoot slugs the poi is quite off compare to the rifle barrel, but when I use bird shots they pattern just right! That said I’m not an expert on the matter, but it is impressive to see the little difference there is at close range(inside of 25m) on paper between buck shots and slugs I term of hole in the paper, basically the same hole at short range!

Here's my inaugural grouping with a 2010 manufactured Brno model 802 combination gun at 25 metres using cheap factory ammo. 30-06 over 12ga. Just using irons. Not bad. Once I got a feel for the sights I was able to tighten things up even further. These guns can really shoot.

BTW, I still have the brand new Zozap mount with 30mm rings if anybody is in need. I never felt the need to mount a scope with this type of gun.

I'm not 100% sure, but I would say it's likely unique to the 800 series.

The same mount on my gun has never moved, and retains zero perfectly when removed and replaced.
