so whos gunna do what with theres when it arives?
i heard it takes mp5 excsorys, where in canada can we get thouse?
 
I am 100% interrested but Just like the R22/58&858&58L/XCR ect ect ect there is always a rush & facination with new products. You could constantly be spending 1000s of dollars. The NEW GSG-5 is new and interresting but there are alot of questions and unresolved points. I will be interrested to see what the reviews State side are like. If they come back and show that it is as solid (and fairly accurate) as we have heard from preliminary reports then I will be open to the idea of a purchase.

From our Canadian side we have to get her unrestricted as I have no interrest in restricted item. Nice to see it in the country but not for me if it is restricted. Then price. I have a great little 10/22 that I have reworked & love to shoot - as do ALOT of us!! Spending a ton of money on another 22 that is not gonna shoot distance is hard to swollow reguardless of its looks.

Here is what my order on this is:
1-Confirm I am interrested - State side reviews
2-Unrestrict/prohibit it here in Canada
3-The price is something that motivates me to purchase it.

I also get the feeling that this thing will be an accessory PIG which means MORE money $$$. I also see that they are conveniently supplying most if not all the really common accessories. Well planned by them.

Only thing that I would love to see just to irritate the Eastern Liberals is a Beta Mag on it in 22LR that holds a TON of rounds.....

Only if you want a bunch of crap hanging off of it. Not for me thanks. Might put a dot sight on it but that'd be it for me.
 
"The rifle only comes in one configuration only as pictured L1 , other models to follow in the future & do not have a timeframe on these .
In the future 10 & 20 round mags will be available , no date set at this time.
Extra mags should be priced approx $34 - $36 dollar range.
The barrel is the full length of 16 inches with slip over fake silencer attached.
Full auto sear packs will not work with this gun at this time.
California customers, please check with you ffl dealer on legality issues in your area, the mag supplied with the rifle would be 22 rounds , you will need to have this blocked to 10 by your ffl .
We were told that most MP5 furniture parts will interchange however we offer no guarantee .
